CAPE COD REGIONAL TRANSIT AUTHORITY ANNOUNCES 2022 SCHEDULE FOR CAPEFLYER
Hyannis, MA, May 5, 2022 – The Cape Cod Regional Transit Authority is set to launch its 10th season of the CapeFLYER. The CapeFLYER’s schedule is returning to a later departure on Friday evenings allowing Boston’s workforce to have time to make it to catch the train. Hy-Line is also accommodating this 8:20 p.m. Hyannis arrival so passengers can catch the last boat to Nantucket at 8:40 p.m. Steamship shuttles meet all trains at the Bourne stop to take passengers to the docks at Woods Hole. Cape Cod RTA buses have schedules that meet trains in both locations to points all over the Cape. Blonde on the Run Catering will be back to operate CapeFLYER’s iconic café car offering light refreshments and adult beverages. As an added convenience, you can pre-order specialty items like Lobster Rolls and Charcuterie Boards at capeflyer.com. The unique bicycle car will again be part of the train set with racks for close to 50 bicycles and a tool kit for passengers to use to give their bikes a tune up during the ride.
