The Woods Hole Film Festival features international narrative and documentary feature films, shorts, and animation, many of them world or New England premieres, workshops, panel discussions and nightly parties held at the water’s edge. It is dedicated to showcasing and promoting the work of independent, emerging filmmakers from New England.

The Run&Shoot Filmworks Martha’s Vineyard African American Film Festival also known as “The Summer’s Finest Film Festival” is now entering it’s 15th year on Martha’s Vineyard. They have screened and promoted some of the most outstanding and emerging Feature, Documentary and Short films produced by and starring African Americans from across the world. Food Truck Festivals of America is coming back to the Cape for its 5th Annual Cape Cod Food Truck & Craft Beer Festival in Falmouth, MA. Featuring some of New England’s most popular food trucks, dishing out fan favorites, and dozens of regional and national craft breweries, FTFA will be bringing the ultimate food truck experience to The Cape Cod Fairgrounds.
The Citizens Bank Pops by the Sea concert is Cape Cod’s single largest cultural event and the most important fundraising event of the year for the Arts Foundation of Cape Cod. For each of the past thirty years we have welcomed one of the nation’s finest and best-loved musical ensembles – the Boston Pops Esplanade Orchestra – to the Hyannis Village Green.

Provincetown Carnival is a weeklong celebration of LGBTQ life–parties, art fairs, a costume ball, and more–and culminates in the Carnival Parade. While the year-round population of Provincetown tops out at 3,000 people, the Carnival Parade attracts nearly 90,000 visitors annually.
More than 100 artisans and craftsmen gather at this premier showing of skilled craftsmanship and artistic talent. A day spent at CraftFest Cotuit is a day full of artistic inspiration, dialogue and learning, with all the pleasures of a quintessential summer village festival, down by the seaside, on Cape Cod. And the festival’s organizers offer both free parking and free admission.
In addition to the more than 100 exhibitor booths staged by artisans from all over the east coast of the U.S., the ART TENT at CraftFest Cotuit will offer outstanding work for sale by local and regional artists under the festival canopies.

The New Balance Falmouth Road Race celebrates its 45th running this year and the spirit which made the first Falmouth race so special is still present today. More than 12,000 runners gather in Woods Hole, including many of the world’s elite, forming a tapestry of colors from the start on Water Street to the finish at the beach in Falmouth Heights.
